"Tolits Tales of Love in the Sea" (Summary)
The indie film "Tolits", The Tales of Love in the Sea is a story of hope and friendship between to contrasting worlds. There was a mysterious whale sharks arrival in Oslob, Cebu and this is where the story began. It was at the time when Dina was giving birth to Tolits. 13 years later, there was a fishing town in Oslob that served as a sanctuary to a group of whale sharks. The whale-sharks visit the waters of Oslob everyday from 6 in the morning until noon time. The movie shows the importance of family, picture of poverty and faith in God. It also shows the true value and essence of education for poor people.
